The JIS Z 8901 standard defines various standard dusts which are used for separation tests of dust separators and filters, but also for functional and wear tests. They are also used to calibrate measuring instruments.

Transport and Storage
Partial segregation may occur during transport and storage. It is therefore recommended to homogenize the JIS Z 8901 Class 8 before use, which can be achieved by mixing with a laboratory tumbler mixer. Please store in a dry and airtight original container.
